I've trained people with different disabilities and various injuries in order to recover from the injury, or to preserve.
My passion is to improve people's quality of life, by meeting their individual needs. By strengthening and stretching their body, by adding breathing techniques to their daily life. To create an healthy and stress-less lifestyle, and to motivate them to maintain it.
My Yoga Journey

I was introduced to yoga at a very young age, drawn to the mystical and spiritual aspects that intrigued me. However, it wasn't until my first trip to India, where I embarked on a year-long journey, that I truly delved into its depths. Along the banks of the Parvati Valley in North India, I encountered an elderly Indian guru who became my guide, teaching me each morning.
Despite my youth, in my early twenties, I grappled with restlessness, anxiety, and a lack of contentment. Seeking inner peace and self-discovery, I immersed myself in practices like Vipassana meditation, observing silence for ten days annually for four consecutive years. While meditation initially provided solace, I soon realized my mind craved more than stillness; it yearned for movement.
Yoga emerged as the perfect synthesis—a meditation in motion. Starting with books, I gradually honed my practice under the guidance of skilled teachers. Their encouragement propelled me to pursue formal training, ultimately becoming a certified instructor. Since then, yoga has become an integral part of my life, intertwining with fitness to form a holistic lifestyle.
My journey with yoga has been transformative, fostering not only physical well-being but also mental and emotional harmony. It's a passion I'm compelled to share, knowing firsthand its profound impact. My aim is to empower others to embrace this practice and experience its transformative potential, guiding them toward a life of balance and fulfillment.
