CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
HIIT
This class incorporates several rounds that alternate between several minutes of high intensity movements to significantly increase the heart rate to at least 80% of one's maximum heart rate, followed by short periods of lower intensity movements. This class allows you to burn a greater number of calories in a shorter period of time! HIIT cardio can increase your metabolism for hours following your session and has a greater ability to burn fat when compared to resistance training and even jogging!
Aerobic Bodystep
Spice up your cardio workout with our step class! In this class you’ll step up, around, and down from the platform in different patterns to boost your heart rate and breathing, and strengthen your muscles. Our step workout suits people of all fitness levels. Determine your preferred step height to increase the workout intensity. You will walk out of these cardio classes grinning; we guarantee it.
BOOTCAMP
Bootcamp class is a dynamic and intense group workout that combine elements of military-style training, high-intensity training, and functional exercises. You can expect cardio, light weights, bodyweight exercises, such as pushups, lunges and crunches, as well as drills and sprints. Boot camp is a great way to quick start weight loss and fitness, and give you a great cardio workout!
Vinyasa Flow & Hold
Vinyasa often described as a "breathing system" is the union of breath and movement, creating a progressive flow that safely and systematically moves you from one asana (pose) to the next. The practice combines stretching, strengthening, balance and Ujjayi breathing. In that flow we will pause in some poses and hold them, to build more strength and endurance. A Vinyasa Flow and Hold class will leave you feeling strong, balanced, focused and energised in your body; calm, centred and at peace in your mind.
Vinyasa Power Yoga
Power yoga is a fast-paced cardiovascular practice focused on building strength and flexibility in the body through a high-impact yoga postures. You’ll build and strengthen muscles, increase your heart rate and burn calories through a full-body workout. the Asanas (postures) in a power yoga class come from Vinyasa yoga sequences, where you link breath to movement.
prenatal yoga
Prenatal yoga is a type of yoga designed for pregnant women. Yoga is intended to create a balance between emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual dimensions. Prenatal yoga is about helping you prepare for childbirth by relaxing the body and focusing on safe techniques and poses in all stages of pregnancy. The class will be focused on toning the physical body, especially the pelvic floor, hip, and abdominal core muscles, in preparation for the birth process. This practice can bring rhythm, control, and a sense of grounding. Prenatal yoga can invite practice around breathing for birth and an understanding of different breathing techniques that might help during the different phases of labor.
Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga is a style of yoga that encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Appropriate for all levels, restorative yoga is practiced at a slow pace, focusing on long holds, stillness, and deep breathing.
pilates
Mat-based Pilates class focuses on strength, stability, posture, proper breath control, and flexibility. Each class will work to balance all muscle groups' strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. This class will tone your muscles and will improve your posture.
yogalates
Yogalates is a beautiful combination of the gentle stretch of yoga with it’s asanas and mindfulness and the core-building strength and posture awareness of Pilates. A Yogalates class will have a strong focus on alignment. As well as the benefits of yoga and Pilates, Yogalates is believed to be particularly effective for improving muscle tone, developing a slimmer, stronger physique and even weight loss. You will leave feeling energized, toned, calm and stretched in all the right places!

Fit|Zen class is a unique method for the perfect wellbeing. It’s a 1 hour and 15 minutes class that combine high intensity workout for a maximum calorie burn , toning, and shaping the body; Followed with a restorative yoga flow for stretching and elongating the muscles; Ending with a deep relaxation and breathing techniques to rejuvenate the body, calm the mind and reduce the stress out.
